Family & Friends;
Dad had his surgery today. He’s resting and recuperating in his room. The news so far isn’t very promising, but it’s not written in stone and we won’t know more until Tuesday. What we do know is that they removed all of the tumor they could from his bladder. They couldn’t insert the stints into the tubes that go into the kidneys because they were blocked. Dr J said he’s done this a long time and its bad, but he won’t say how bad until all the test results come in. IF it is as severe as he fears then we’re looking at 6 months. He said there is no chemo treatments for bladder cancer.
PLEASE keep Dad in your prayers. We are all holding our breathes until we get the test results. We haven’t told the grandkids and won’t until we know for sure.
We ask for everyone to give us time right now and please wait before you come by after Dad gets home as he needs his rest.
